1	*Create Administrator Account*: Sign up for a 30-day free trial to create your company administrator account.

2	*Create Client Account(s)*: With your new administrator account, you can create client accounts that you and your clients can use to remotely transfer and manage files on the TAD servers.

3	*Setup Access to Online Accounting Application(s)*: Setup your account(s) with Realtime Hosting of accounting applications such as Intuit QuickBooks or Best Software Peachtree. You can select from our current list of hosted Realtime applications, or submit a request to host a new application if the one you are looking for is not in the list.

4	*Transfer or Create Data Files*: Upload or create data files that you and your clients can work in simultaneously on our Realtime servers.

5	*Begin Working*: Access your data and begin processing your work online from any Internet connection in the world.

New users receive a complimentary training session with one of our online specialists for a general overview of what TAD offers your company. If you need further assistance after this point, we make it easy for you to succeed and offer a range of additional free resources to help with learning the system.

One on One Consultations:

We make it simple to set up a consultation with one of our specialists. Take advantage of our discounted pre-paid tech support/training package for training consultations or support when you need help setting up clients, managing files or scanning. Two hours cost $300. Our consultation fees are charged in 15-minute increments at $45.00 and will be billed separately on your statement.
